BITS stands for Birla Institute of Technology and Science. BITS Pilani is the one of the most reputated college in India. It was founded by late G.D. Birla in 1964. BITS campus is spread over an of 328 acres. BITS Pilani has 3 campuses in India: Pilani Campus, Goa Campus and Hyderabad Campus. BITS Pilani also has one campus in Dubai.

OTHER FACILITIES AT BITS
Pilani is a small town in Rajasthan, hostel facility is provided inside the huge campus. There are a total of 14 hostels, 13 for boys and 1 for girls. Apart from these 14 hostels, 1 hostel is also there for parents and guests in case they visit their child. Each hostel is called a “Bhavan”.
There is a SAC (Student Activity Centre) where all types of sports facilities, clubs, and societies are present. Students can join these to grow their skills and pursue their interests. There is also ANC (All Night Canteen) which is run by students inside the campus.
